Terms and Conditions for Hanson Renouf Conferences

1. Hanson Renouf reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or vary topics at any conference where it considers it reasonable to do so. Unfortunately, whether through travel difficulties, sickness or other circumstances, proposed speakers may on occasions be unable to attend as envisaged.

2. Hanson Renouf reserves the right to alter the venue or timing of, or cancel any conference where it considers it reasonable to do so.

3. Hanson Renouf accepts no liability if, for whatever reason, the conference timing or venue are altered or if the conference itinerary is varied or the conference is cancelled or postponed.

4. The delegate fee is non-refundable, but places may be substituted provided Hanson Renouf is notified prior to the conference that a delegate will be attending in place of the particular delegate booked to attend.

5. We have selected a conference venue and facilities that are provided by a reputable Jersey hotel. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage sustained whilst attending the conference.

6. The law of Jersey shall apply to Hanson Renouf conferences.
